A few hints on the last will and living will.

Please understand this is not compiled with any legal expertise do feel free to have a legal entity review and confirm if you have any concern. A few recommendations:

All the points mentioned are as per recommendations, but an option to opt-out has been given just in case someone disagrees and rather than completely discarding this document, to at least opt out of that specific clause but still keep the rest.
Assign an executor that is younger, trustworthy and preferably a Muslim.
Very important to have it notarized.
Once it is notarized, share a copy of this with all immediate relatives, especially if non-Muslim and emphasize how critical it is for you that they comply with it.
In case you or any person has concern, have them speak to one of the imams.
Place a copy preferably with executors as well as with a local Masjid
